The McDowell Health Center Primary Care Renovation project, located in Phoenix, AZ, included the comprehensive renovation of a 33,000-square-foot healthcare facility. The project enhanced both interior and exterior spaces while the building remained fully operational, and also revitalized surrounding site elements including the parking lot, landscaping, and roof. The renovated facility features eight new exam rooms—bringing the total to 23—along with a teaching kitchen designed to provide culinary education for youth in the community. Four new group rooms were also added to promote collaboration between staff and patients, supporting a more engaging and holistic healthcare experience. The renovation significantly expanded the center’s service capacity and community impact while maintaining uninterrupted patient care throughout construction.
