The Kyrene School District Central Office Campus Improvement project in Tempe, AZ, delivered a full, phased remodel of the entire campus while maintaining daily operations. Phase one renovated 25,000 square feet of the district office, including offices, boardrooms, bathrooms, and stairways. Phase two expanded upgrades to both the district office and the community education building, covering 52,000 square feet and adding open spaces, offices, and bathrooms, along with electrical, mechanical, and plumbing enhancements. Phase three renovated five additional campus buildings, including conference rooms, breakrooms, and offices, and reconstructed the mechanical yard with new equipment. Through careful planning, temporary walls, and strict safety protocols, the project modernized the campus without disrupting the District’s daily work.
