The Jefferson Parish School Board Administration Building project, built for the Jefferson Parish Public School System, included the new construction of a three-story, 96,232-square-foot office building located in Harvey, LA. The facility houses the school board and functions as an administrative center of operations and professional development center. The project features a spacious board meeting room with state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, a television studio, computer labs, and lecture rooms. CORE performed extensive construction efforts for educational buildings in the metropolitan areas of New Orleans, Metairie, and Kenner after the devestation of Hurricane Katrina, and the Jefferson Parish School Board Administration Building project helped to restore academic normalcy to a heavily damaged geographical area.
