The Northern Arizona University Skydome Roof Replacement project in Flagstaff, AZ, was completed in two phases to restore and strengthen this iconic campus venue. Phase I involved cleaning, minor patching, and recoating the existing roof, along with selective exploratory demolition to assess and replace degraded glulam beams. Phase II addressed structural integrity by shoring compromised beams, removing them, and installing rolled tube steel replacements. Through these carefully planned upgrades, CORE has ensured that the Skydome will continue to serve the Lumberjacks and the Flagstaff community for years to come.
