The Marshall Elementary School Rebuild project, completed for Flagstaff Unified School District, involved constructing a new state-of-the-art learning facility. The project included demolishing and abating the old Flagstaff Middle School building and handling electrical materials, earthwork, paving, and masonry. The new 55,338-square-foot building features modern classrooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, a gymnasium, special rooms, a library, a welcoming front office, and versatile support spaces. Construction occurred across from the Flagstaff Junior Academy, and efforts were made to ensure safety on and around the campus. This new school honors Marshall’s history while accommodating the growing needs of the District.
