The City of Scottsdale Police Training Facility project involved a vital expansion and renovation of the public safety building located in Tempe, AZ. The project consisted of a comprehensive renovation of the existing 36,000-square-foot facility, including enhancements to the break room, classrooms, weapons cleaning area, and defensive tactics training space. The former shooting range was converted into additional office space, and a new 9,000-square-foot precast shooting range was constructed. Strategic demolition of structural elements allowed for the addition of the new shooting range, classrooms, and fitness room to the existing station. Site improvements included an expanded parking lot, new steel canopies, and updated landscaping. The facility is now fully operational and ready to support the training needs of the Scottsdale Police Department.
