The City of Goodyear Fire Station No. 188 project involved the construction a new three-bay, 14,806-square-foot station located on a nine-acre site in Goodyear, AZ. It features three apparatus bays, dormitories, and fitness and living spaces designed to support both professional efficency and personal comfort. The station also boasts a three-story training tower connected by a mezzanine. Site work for the project included adjacent half street improvements, as well as the construction of a replacement irrigation well. The station was constructed with future expansion in mind, and CORE is proud to help support the continued growth of the Goodyear Fire District.
