The City of Lewisville Fire Structure Training Facility project involved the construction of a new, state-of-the-art fire training complex featuring a four-story commercial building and a two-story residential structure. The facility is equipped with advanced fire training props, including flashover simulators, a car trainer, bed and oven/stove props, as well as forcible entry and breach doors to support hands-on, realistic training exercises to improve readiness and response capabilities. The site is an operational and active training facility currently utilized by Lewisville Police and Fire Departments for real-world training exercises. This new facility is fully operational and serves the communities of Lewisville, Highland Village, and Flower Mound, successfully creating a versatile environment equipped to enhance public safety services across these areas.
