The Tennyson Middle School Replacement project, completed for Waco Independent School District in Waco, TX, involved the phased construction of a new 184,000-square-foot campus while the existing campus remained active. The second phase was the construction of the new main education building, which includes classrooms, fine arts and music spaces, a cafeteria, gymnasium, library, and administration. The following phase saw the demolition of the existing academic buildings, and the final phase involved the construction of a replacement track and field area for the new campus.
