The El Mirage Library Renovation project, built for the City of El Mirage, included the demolition, renovation, and addition of a 7,435-square-foot programming building. The project consisted of interior and exterior renovations and the transformation of the original fire station into the new library. In addition, there will be various mechanical, engineering, and plumbing (MEP) modifications throughout, and new Americans with Disabilities (ADA) parking as well.
