The Valley View School Replacement project, built for Roosevelt Elementary School District, included demolition and the new construction of a two-story, 56,420-square-foot elementary school campus located in Phoenix, AZ. The campus supports classrooms, a multipurpose cafeteria, athletic fields, and new parking lots. Construction of the elementary school consisted of a spread and stem footings foundation, a masonry and steel structural frame, an exterior of masonry, metal paneling, and a foam roof.
