The Las Brisas Academy project, built for Liberty Elementary School District No. 25, included the new construction of a two-story, 62,550-square-foot elementary school campus located in Goodyear, AZ. The facility supports visual and performing arts for kindergarten through eighth grade. The project features theater and visual performing arts labs, an auditorium, and a black box theater for usage as a classroom, dance studio, production, and performing arts space. The school also features small group and breakout study space, ample daylighting, and unique graphics on the walls. Due to CORE’s construction experience, Las Brisas Academy now offers performing, visual arts and language immersion programs to the community.
