The Youngker High School Performing Arts Center project, built for the Buckeye Union High School District, included the new construction of a 24,928 square foot high school auditorium located in Buckeye, AZ. The facility houses a three-story lobby, 604 theater seats, and a state-of-the-art thematic and specialty systems. The high school auditorium was constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with a pre-engineered steel and masonry frame. The exterior finish consisted of pre-engineered metal panels, aluminum curtainwall, and perforated steel panels with a pre-engineered metal, modified built up roof. The project also features a 40-foot glass curtain wall with a perforated metal screen wall stand-off, polished concrete, and an air-cooled chiller. The Youngker High School Performing Arts Center now serves the community of Buckeye as a unique and innovative performance venue.
