The Morenci Clinic Space Utilization project involved significant renovation of the existing 51,061-square-foot medical facility. Serving as the Morenci, AZ branch of Gila Health, the clinic provides occupational and family medicine, urgent care services, physical therapy, dentistry, and much more to the surrounding community. The project was completed in multiple phases, beginning with upgrades to the family medicine, pharmacy, and laboratory spaces. Subsequent phases included renovations to the emergency space, X-ray rooms, offices, hearing rooms, and training and testing areas. The final phase focused on enhancing physical therapy, dentistry, and operatory spaces. Additionally, the Morenci Medical Clinic received new HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, electrical gear—including a new generator—as well as updated doors, frames, hardware, and cabinetry throughout the facility. With these improvements, the clinic now offers an upgraded healthcare experience, ensuring quality medical services for the Morenci community for years to come.
