Bibich Elementaray Additions and Renovations

The Bibich Elementary Additions and Renovations project, performed for the Lake Central School Corporation, included 18,700 square feet of work. The project involved the addition of 14 classrooms, split between two new buildings. These additions were constructed upon a concrete footings foundation and feature a structural steel frame, an exterior composed of masonry and metal panels, and a single-ply roof. The project also included an expansion of the school’s cafeteria, and full a HVAC replacement throughout the campus.
