The Illiana Christian High School project, built for Illiana Christian High School, included the new construction of a 103,935 square foot high school campus located in Dyer, IN. The facility houses 13,700 square feet of classroom space, a 15,200 square foot gymnasium, and a 6,700 square foot music auditorium. The construction consisted of a concrete foundation with a structural steel and precast concrete frame, a precast concrete and brick exterior, and a thermoplastic polyolefin membrane roof. The project also features tennis courts, baseball fields, softball fields, a soccer field, and a running track. Due to CORE’s professional management services during pre-construction, the Illiana Christian High School project now provides a modernized campus for students, faculty and staff.
