Pike Elementary School, located in Jefferson, IN, is a newly completed campus for Greater Clark County Schools. The two-story, 138,451-square-foot facility was constructed on a concrete footings foundation with a cold-formed metal and structural steel frame, masonry and metal panel exterior, and a single-ply roof, resulting in a durable and modern learning environment. Built adjacent to the existing school, the project was completed while the original facility remained fully operational throughout construction. Upon completion, students were seamlessly transitioned into the new state-of-the-art building, the former school was demolished, and the site was fully transformed with all associated site work completed.
