The Northaven Elementary School Addition project, located in Jeffersonville, IN, was completed for the Greater Clark County Schools. The project involved the demolition of the school’s existing gymnasium and the conversion of the space into four new kindergarten classrooms, each with its own standalone restroom. A new 9,483-square-foot replacement gymnasium was constructed to support Eagles athletics, and 14 gender-neutral restrooms were added to support the space. The gymnasium addition was constructed upon a concrete foundation with a tilt-up concrete structural frame, an exterior comprising masonry and metal panels, and a built-up roof.
