The Coleman Charter Modernization project, constructed for San Juan Unified School District, included a modernization to an existing charter school in Orangevale, CA. This comprehensive modernization effort, covering 27,153 square feet, included a range of enhancements such as accessible parking, ADA-compliant site concrete replacement, new landscaping, ornamental iron fencing, upgraded administration spaces, classroom beautification, roofing removal and replacement, exterior repainting, new HVAC systems for all classroom and administration areas, and fire alarm upgrades. Now complete, this project has transformed the campus, providing a safe, modern, and welcoming environment for students and staff.
