The Post Falls Idaho State Veterans Home project, built for the State of Idaho, included the new build of an 85,000-square-foot skilled nursing facility located in Post Falls, ID. This project featured a clubhouse and 64 rooms for veterans who have been injured, hospitalized, and discharged; yet are not quite ready to return to their routine home life. This project was constructed on a slab-on-grade concrete foundation supported by footings, a steel and metal stud frame, laminate, stucco, and metal siding exterior, and a thermoplastic polyolefin and standing seam roof.
