The City of Ketchum City Hall Remodel project was an exciting upgrade to the three-story municipal building located in Ketchum, ID. The City Hall supports local governance as well as an array of boards and commissions and a variety of departments, including police, fire, planning and building, housing, administration, and more. The project focused on tenant improvements and the remodel of the interior finishes for all three stories as well as the facility’s basement. Exterior EIFS wall system repairs were made, and the building was refreshed with new paint. The Ketchum City Hall now boasts an updated and welcoming exterior and interior, matching the City’s aesthetic of “Small Town, Big Life”.
