The Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast project, built for Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast Development Company, LLC, included the new construction of a 144,787 square foot senior assisted living and memory care complex located in Palm Coast, FL. The campus supports a four-story, two-story, and a single-story facility and houses 130 units. The complex was constructed on a conventional spread footings foundation with a concrete masonry unit, hollow-core structural frame, a stucco exterior, and a wood truss, tile, and thermoplastic polyolefin roof. The project also features a kitchen and a formal dining room. The Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast project now provides luxurious living accommodations for the enjoyment of its residents.
