The Stuart Lodge project included the new construction of a three-story, 115,208-square-foot assisted living facility located in Stuart, FL. The facility houses 95 apartment units with 24-hour healthcare services. The project also features a commercial kitchen, laundry room, swimming pool, common rooms, and exterior courtyard areas. Construction consisted of a concrete footing foundation, concrete masonry unit, precast, and truss structural frame, a stucco exterior, and a copper thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roof with shingles. The Stuart Lodge project now offers premier assisted living for the comfort, luxury, and care of seniors living in the counties of Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, and Hobo Sound.
