The Pine Berry Senior Apartments project, built for Pine Berry Senior, LTD., included the new construction of a four-story, 115,429 square foot independent living complex in Clearwater, FL. The facility supports 85 residential units, a community center, gate house, computer lab, library, and a movie theater. The independent living complex was constructed on a concrete post-tensioned slab foundation with a masonry structural frame, an exterior of stucco, hardi-plank siding, and a shingle roof. The project also features automatic entrance doors, elevators, and a swimming pool with picnic pavilion. The Pine Berry Senior Apartments now offers an upscale active living community to seniors living in Pinellas County.
