The Town of Gilbert Municipal North Area Service Center Fueling Facility in Gilbert, AZ, delivers a modern, high-capacity fueling station designed to support municipal fleet operations. The facility services up to four unleaded gasoline vehicles and four diesel vehicles, and includes a 4,900-square-foot sprinklered shade canopy, a 20,000-gallon split tank for unleaded fuel, a 20,000-gallon diesel tank, two generators, a DEF tank, and a 512-square-foot sprinklered CMU electrical and storage building. Additional site improvements include asphalt and concrete paving, sidewalks, and stormwater retention basins. The metal canopy, fabricated as a deferred submittal, and the CMU building—constructed with a joist frame and metal deck roofing system—highlight CORE’s expertise in delivering essential, durable municipal infrastructure.
