The City of Goodyear Fire Station No. 186 project included the new construction of a 13,895-square-foot facility located in Goodyear, AZ. The fire station consists of two bays and a training tower erected on a slab-on-grade foundation. The structural frame of the building primarily consists of integrally colored concrete masonry unit, steel, and metal stud framing. The exterior skin is constructed of an exterior insulation finishing system and masonry veneer, and the roofing system is comprised of thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) single-ply membrane roofing and standing seam metal roofing. The City of Goodyear Fire Station No. 186 project now provides a clean, safe home for the first responders of the Estrella Mountain Ranch community.
