The Daisy Mountain Fire Station No. 146 Renovation and Improvement project, included the renovation of a 7,500-square-foot fire station and the new addition of a 600-square-foot fitness center located in New River, AZ. Renovations to the existing three-bay facility consisted of the demolition and replacement of interior finishes, as well as the expansion of the station’s six dormitories. The addition was constructed on a concrete slab-on-grade foundation with a wood structural frame, an exterior of stucco and stone veneer, and a concrete tile roof.
