The Palm Beach County Fire Station No. 25 project will include the demolition, renewal, and reconfiguration of 6,500 square feet of living areas and the existing apparatus bay, along with associated site improvements in Wellington, FL. The fire station will be constructed on concrete footings and will feature a cold-formed metal and load-bearing masonry structural frame, masonry and precast concrete exterior walls, and a TPO roofing system supported by joists. Designed to support first responders, the facility will provide updated living and working spaces and will include a temporary fire station trailer, fuel station, emergency generator, Locution system, and Wi-Fi communication tower. The project will also include paving, drainage, site lighting, landscaping, irrigation, and an emergency vehicle preemption system. Upon completion, the modernized station will provide a resilient, fully equipped facility that supports the operational needs of Palm Beach County Fire Rescue.
