The Atala Hall project was completed for the University of South Florida on the Sarasota-Manatee campus in Sarasota, FL. This six-story facility includes a 100,000-square-foot, 100-unit dormitory, accommodating up to 200 students and a 32,000-square-foot student center that serves as a vibrant hub for student interaction and collaboration. The facility was constructed on a foundation of concrete footings with a precast concrete structure and exterior, and a modified bitumen roof. The facility has achieved LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council for sustainable and green building features. This dynamic space now provides students with a modern, eco-friendly environment that fosters community engagement and supports academic success.
