The Broward College STEM & Nursing Building 55 will include the construction of a new 52,070-square-foot academic facility designed to expand the College’s science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM), and nursing education programs in Coconut Creek, FL. The project will include the construction of Building B-55, a state-of-the-art instructional facility featuring modern classrooms, teaching laboratories, simulation spaces, and collaborative learning environments that support hands-on education and workforce development. The project will also include an add alternate for the construction of an adjacent Information Technology (IT) building, further enhancing the campus’ academic capabilities. The facility will provide flexible, technology-driven learning spaces that prepare students for careers in healthcare and STEM-related fields while supporting Broward College’s long-term educational mission.
