The Holiday Park Garage project for the City of Fort Lauderdale will include a new 1,000-space parking garage, fire station, potential Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) vertiport, 300-space surface parking lot, site improvements, and connections to the LauderTrail multi-use path to transform one of the City’s premier recreational destinations into a modern, multimodal transportation hub. Delivered as a Public-Private Partnership (P3), the development will enhance mobility, improve public safety, and accommodate emerging transportation technologies. The project will create a sustainable community destination for generations to come.
