The Dr. Beverly S. Mathis Elementary School project, built for Clark County School District, included the new construction of a 100,500-square-foot elementary school campus located in Las Vegas, NV. The facility houses a two-story classroom building, an administration building with offices, a multipurpose room, and kindergarten classrooms. The project also features an outdoor basketball court, playground equipment, artificial turf sports fields, shade structures, a bus drop-off area, and parking lots. The elementary school campus was constructed on a spread footing and slab-on-grade concrete foundation with a concrete masonry unit block, steel, and joists structural frame, an exterior of concrete masonry unit and glazing, and a single-ply roof. Dr. Beverly S. Mathis Elementary School now provides a state-of-the-art educational facility for current and future students in the Clark County School District.
