The Northeast Career and Technical Academy project, built for Clark County School District, included the new construction of a 250,000-square-foot academy located in North Las Vegas, NV. This project included a three-story classroom building, an automotive shop, a gymnasium, library, and an administrative building. This project also has 20 acres of onsite improvements, roughly two miles of off-site improvements, and the construction of four independent buildings. The project was constructed with a concrete foundation, a load-bearing and structural steel frame, a masonry exterior, and a single-ply roof. This academy stands as a new standard of excellence where students can unlock their potential.
