The Fernley Community Response and Resource Center project, completed for the City of Fernley in Fernley, NV, delivered a 17,964-square-foot public safety and community facility designed to serve as both an emergency response hub and a vital resource for residents. Constructed on concrete footings with a combination of load-bearing masonry walls and structural steel framing, the facility is topped with a durable single-ply roof to ensure long-term resilience. Inside, the center features four classrooms, two multipurpose activity rooms, and a small commercial kitchen, providing flexible spaces for community programs and events. In addition to its civic and educational functions, the building supports public safety operations, strengthening Fernley’s ability to respond to emergencies and enhancing services for the community.
