The objective of the proposed project is to upgrade the existing CVA Rotunda Building. The scope of work will include renovation of the interior classrooms and common circulation spaces, and a modest addition to the northeast entry as an add alternate. Work will include, but is not limited to, the following: demolition and replacement of existing interior finishes, fixtures and lighting, removal of dropped ceiling and replacement with new acoustic plaster and ceiling tile systems. The work will be done in one phase from May 2023 to January 2024. The entire project is to be opperational and open by Spring semester, 2024.
