The Compeer Financial Bloomington Office project included the new construction of a two-story, 42,000-square-foot building and training facility in Bloomington, IL. The project provides a regional headquarters for employee training, conference meetings, and office space. There is an open reception and stairwell to greet visitors, a curtainwall to provide natural-lighting for employees with open-concept offices around the perimeter of the building, and traditional offices and group huddle/conference rooms comprise the center. The building was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings with a structural steel frame, a masonry and metal panel exterior, and a single-ply roof.
