The Germantown Hills Middle School Addition project, completed for Germantown Hills School District No. 69, included the new construction of a 39,000-square-foot addition to the middle school campus located in Germantown, IL. The addition houses classrooms and collaborative learning spaces. The project also features a new front entryway, geothermal heating a cooling systems, and renovations to existing classrooms. The construction consisted of a concrete foundation with a steel and masonry wall structural frame, brick exterior, and a membrane and metal panel roof. The Germantown Hills Middle School Addition project was safely completed ahead of schedule on an active campus with minimal disruption to the students, faculty, and staff.
