The Royse City Police Station project comprises a new 28,000-square-foot facility located in Royse City, TX. The new station features space for 15 administrative staff members, 45 officers, and support staff. It houses property and evidence storage, records, interview rooms, a training room, two locker rooms, a fitness room, a kitchen, and break areas. It also features a secure parking lot with covered spaces. The new station was constructed on drilled concrete piers. It features a structural steel frame, an exterior of masonry, metal panels, and storefront windows, and a modified bitumen roofing system.
