The Bullock Hall project, built for Abilene Christian University, involved the demolition of McDonald Hall and the new construction of a four-story, 72,125-square-foot replacement residence hall located in Abilene, TX. The project features 128 double rooms, eight single rooms for resident advisors, two apartments for the residence hall director and faculty in residence, nine study spaces, a common kitchen area, laundry room, lobby spaces on each floor and a common patio/grill area. The new residence hall was constructed on a slab-on-grade foundation with a steel structural frame and brick exterior.
