The Windhaven Meadows Park, built for the City of Plano, involved the new construction of a 123-acre municipal park in the heart of Plano, TX. The property includes a 5,000-square-foot ADA accessible splash pad water feature, a 30,000-square-foot playground with a portion of this dedicated to an all natural play element, and separate large and small breed dog parks on the east side of the park. There are two primary structures on the property which consist of a 4,000-square-foot pavilion, and a 800-square-foot restroom building that also houses the electrical and mechanical equipment. The project also includes 6,500-liner-feet of walking trails throughout the park that will take you by one of the two existing ponds, which CORE demucked to remove years of sedimentation.
