The Arbor Terrace of Naperville project, built for Capitol Seniors Housing, included the new construction of a two-story, 80,762-square-foot assisted living facility located in Naperville, IL. The facility houses independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing units as well as community areas. Construction consisted of a spread footings foundation with a wood and structural steel frame, an exterior of brick veneer, cement, vinyl siding, and a shingle, standing seam, and TPO roof. The project also features a new plumbing and low-voltage infrastructure. The Arbor Terrace of Naperville project now provides quality care to seniors living in Cook County.
