The facility houses 83 assisted living and independent living apartments. The facility features landscaping, hydraulic elevators, and modernized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The building was constructed on a concrete footing and wall foundation with a structural steel frame, an exterior of brick siding over metal stud backing, and a TPO, standing-seam, and mansard roof with shingles. The Arbor Terrace Glenview project now provides necessary housing and healthcare services to seniors living in Cook County.
