The C.K. McClatchy High School HVAC and Kitchen Modernization project, constructed for Sacramento City Unified School District, included a modernization to an existing high school in Sacramento, CA. This project consisted of two separate DSA projects – a servery modernization and an HVAC equipment remodel in several classrooms and two chiller replacements. The servery modernization portion of this project included a complete remodel of the existing casework, flooring, and kitchen equipment. We also added new wall coverings, HVAC/Plumbing upgrades, and serving stations to modernize the space and create an inviting experience for the students. The HVAC portion of this project consisted of removing and replacing 52 existing unit ventilators in the classrooms.
