The Farallone View Elementary School Modernization project, completed for the Cabrillo Unified School District in Montara, CA, transformed the active campus through a thoughtfully executed, multi-phased construction effort. Phase one delivered a fully modernized administration area and primary-grade classroom wing, along with upgraded parking and improved drop-off facilities to enhance campus accessibility. Phase two focused on revitalizing the multipurpose building and upper-grade classroom wing, while also creating exterior enhancements, including a central courtyard designed to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor learning spaces. In the third and final phase, the project elevated the school’s academic offerings by modernizing its learning resource and STEM facilities and refining the outdoor environment with new field and hardcourt spaces. The completed campus now offers a vibrant, interconnected, and future-ready educational setting for students and staff, fostering collaboration, innovation, and community engagement.
