The Highlands High School Baseball & Softball Complex project, built for Twin Rivers Unified School District, included the new construction of artificial baseball and softball fields and various improvements to an existing high school in North Highlands, CA. The fields included backstops, dugouts, bullpens, batting cages and stadium lighting. Additionally, CORE constructed a 1,100-square-foot concession stand, three 200-square-foot ticket booths and two scoreboards. Site improvements included walkways, utilities, landscaping, a driveway, and fire lanes. CORE implemented a detailed phasing and logistics plan for all utilities and scope within the active campus.
