The Sky Canyon Fire Station 46 project, built for City of Las Vegas, included the new build of an 11,000-square-foot fire station located in Las Vegas, NV. This project required grading, wet utilities, concrete paving, curbs, walks, landscaping, irrigation, site lighting, handrails, guardrails, ornamental iron fencing, gates, operators, metal carport canopies, and site masonry walls. The interior upgrades included metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, a sealed and ground-and-polished concrete floor system, tile, rubber flooring and wall base, plastic laminate and high-pressure laminate casework with solid surface and stainless-steel countertops, hollow metal frames and doors, solid-core wood doors, building specialties, signage, lockers, kitchen equipment, window shades, and fire station equipment. New systems included fire sprinklers, plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, fire alarm, access control, audio visual, communications, and alerting. This project was constructed on a concrete foundation, a concrete masonry unit, load-bearing masonry, a structural steel frame, a concrete masonry unit, stucco, metal panel, and a single-ply roof.
