TheMcCarran International Airport Terminal 1 Roof Replacement project, completed for the Clark County Department of Aviation, included the demolition and replacement of a 156,000-square-foot airport terminal roof located in Las Vegas, NV. The facility houses the lower ticketing and lower baggage claim areas of Terminal 1. The project also featured replacement of the heating ventilation and air conditioning units for the lower ticketing section of the terminal. The facility was constructed of a concrete foundation and a steel structural frame. The exterior consisted of stucco and metal panels and a new 80-millimeter single-ply roof. The McCarran International Airport Terminal 1 Roof Replacement provides exterior shelter and an enhanced building interior environment for travelers and airport staff.
