The Gila County Payson Complex and Superior Court project included the new construction of a 9,500-square-foot complex and a court in Payson, AZ. The facility featured new parking, landscaping, a courtroom, a Treasurer’s office, a holding area, a sallyport, a Board of Supervisor’s offices, County Clerk offices, Judge’s Chambers, conference rooms, and exterior spaces. In addition, it included a new secured sallyport for the Gila County Sheriff’s Office with a new parking lot. The project was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings with a wood and truss structural frame, a siding exterior, and a shingle roof.
