The Killip Elementary School project, built for Flagstaff Unified School District, included a new Pre-Kindergarten (Pre-K) through fifth grade, 54,000-square-foot building located in Flagstaff, AZ. The project featured classrooms, a gymnasium, a library, administration, offices, maker spaces, and a kitchen. This project also included the demolition of the existing space and the addition of a single-story building with two levels. The new structure was constructed on a concrete foundation supported by footings with structural steel framing, a masonry exterior, and a built-up roofing system.
