The City of Eloy City Hall project included the new construction of a 17,880-square-foot municipal building located in Eloy, AZ. The facility houses administrative and community development offices, record storage, and city council chambers. The project also features community event spaces and a spacious lobby that can accommodate public events. The building was constructed on a concrete foundation with a steel structural frame of concrete and masonry block, an exterior insulation and finish system with masonry block, and a TPO roof. The City of Eloy City Hall now provides consolidated city government services under one roof in downtown Eloy.
